Varying delivery charges
You might have noticed that sometimes you are charged delivery and sometimes not.
There are 2 reasons why you will not get charged delivery:
1. You have more than 3 sandwiches in your basket.
2. Other people are ordering from your postcode area.
Either of the above would make delivery free.
Re-ordering custom sandwiches
If you want an easy way to re-order custom sandwiches/salads, simply log in to your account and you'll see a button called 'Order History'.
This will display the last 20 meals you ordered wth a button to their right. Click this button to add the meal back into your shopping basket.
How do I collect points?
Points are awarded automatically to your account depending on the amount you spend.
If you have 20 or more points in your account you can redeem them to get 'Freebies' by clicking the 'Redeem Points' button after you have logged in.
